One of the most popular natural medicines known in Aotearoa. Kawakawa is a bush tonic for cleansing the kidneys and blood, ensuring your body can continue to operate optimally. Harvested in the wild, taking only what is needed and never picking from the same site within two years. Leaves with holes eaten by insects are suitable for picking, they have the most concentrated medicinal properties. Kawakawa tea has an earthy, peppery taste, a refreshing and uplifting tonic improving energy and overall health.

Add 1-2 teaspoons and brew in 90ºC water for 5 minutes. Strain and serve.
