Kawakawa can be quite intense for a person's digestive system if you have not tried it before. We recommend that you try half a cup first or half a teaspoon to discover what effect it may have on you.
- Add 1 teaspoon of tea leaves to 250mls water, brew for 2-4 minutes at 90 degrees Celsius.
- Strain and serve.
