Cancellation policy

Some products in our store may occasionally be offered as a pre-order, backorder, or other purchase option before the item is ready to ship.

This policy explains how cancellations work for these types of purchases.

Pre-orders and Backorders

When you purchase a pre-order or backorder item, you are buying a product that is either temporarily out of stock, being prepared, or not yet ready to dispatch.

The expected dispatch timeframe will be shown on the product page where possible.

You may request to cancel a pre-order or backorder before it has been packed or dispatched.

Once the order has been packed, dispatched, or handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still request a return or refund in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

If we are unable to supply the product, or if there is a significant delay, we will contact you. You may choose to continue waiting, choose an alternative product where available, or receive a refund.

Subscriptions

We do not currently offer tea subscriptions as a standard purchase option.

If subscriptions are introduced in the future, subscription details, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be clearly shown at the time of purchase.

Customers will be able to cancel or manage their subscription according to the instructions provided in their order or subscription confirmation.

Try Before You Buy

We do not currently offer “try before you buy” purchases.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider to process the refund.
