Native New Zealand Botanicals and Wild-Harvested Products

Some Tī Ani products contain native New Zealand botanicals and/or wild-harvested plant material.

These products may be seasonal, limited in quantity, or restricted for shipping to certain locations. Some plant material may contain flowers, leaves, seed-bearing material, or other natural plant parts.

We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or refuse orders for native, wild-harvested, seed-bearing, or restricted plant products where we believe there may be customs, biosecurity, export, cultural, sustainability, supply, or product-use concerns.

This includes international orders where we are not comfortable sending a particular product outside New Zealand.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including after the order has been placed, where reasonably necessary.

This may include situations where:

  • a product is unavailable or out of stock
  • there has been a pricing, stock, or website error
  • we are unable to verify payment or delivery details
  • shipping to your location is not available
  • customs, biosecurity, export, or plant material restrictions apply
  • we believe an order may be for resale, extraction, propagation, research, product development, or another use we have not agreed to
  • we believe accepting the order may create legal, ethical, sustainability, cultural, supply, or safety concerns

If we cancel an order before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will normally be the price shown at checkout at the time your order is placed, unless there has been an obvious error.

Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout. Payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our website.

Product Availability

Some products are seasonal, small-batch, wild-harvested, or limited in supply.

We cannot guarantee that any product will always be available. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Shipping

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy.

We ship selected products within New Zealand and selected products internationally.

Not all products are available for international shipping. Some products may be restricted due to customs, biosecurity, export rules, plant material restrictions, or because they contain native New Zealand botanicals, wild-harvested plant material, flowers, leaves, seeds, or seed-bearing material.

International customers are responsible for checking whether herbal tea, dried botanicals, plant material, food products, or related goods can be imported into their country.

International customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, inspection fees, clearance fees, or other import charges that may apply.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted only where the item is eligible under our Return and Refund Policy.

For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, opened tea, herbal products, food products, or products with broken seals may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Pre-orders, Backorders and Purchase Options

Some products may be offered as pre-orders, backorders, subscriptions, or other purchase options.

These purchases are subject to our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy and any specific terms shown on the product page or at checkout.

If we are unable to supply a pre-order or backorder item, or if there is a significant delay, we will contact you and may offer a refund, alternative product, or updated timeframe.
