Hot Brew:

  1. Use 1 teaspoon of Butterfly Pea Flower Tea per cup (or a heaped teaspoon for a teapot).
  2. Pour hot water (around 95°C) over the tea.
  3. Let it steep for 3–5 minutes.

Strain, and enjoy as-is or with a squeeze of lemon for a color-changing twist.

Cold Brew:

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 teaspoons of Organic Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
  • 500ml (2 cups) of water
  • Optional: Lemon slices, honey, or a splash of lemonade for sweetness and color-changing magic

Instructions:

  1. Brew: Add the tea to a jar, pitcher, or tea infuser and pour in 500ml of hot water (around 95°C). Let it steep for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Cool Down: Remove the tea flowers using a fine mesh strainer or tea infuser, and allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
  3. Refrigerate: Cover and place the tea in the fridge for at least 1–2 hours to chill.
