Brewing Guide

Bring water to a boil, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Add 1 teaspoon per cup.

Steep for 5+ minutes. For a deeper flavour and nutrient extraction, allow a longer brewing time.

Sweeten with Mānuka honey if desired. Do not add milk or sugar.
