Part of the Zen (禅) collection, this set of five hand-painted Minoyaki porcelain cups is unlike anything you'll find on a shelf. Each cup is individually shaped and glazed by hand in Japan - soft cream, mossy green, warm earth brown and blush - with delicate ink-painted cherry blossom details that feel more like brushstrokes than decoration.

The sculptural triangular form sits naturally in the hand, and the wabi-sabi aesthetic means no two cups are ever quite the same. At 8cm wide and 7.5cm tall, they're perfect for herbal teas, matcha, chai or a quiet moment with something warming.

Handmade in small batches, these cups are rarely found in Aotearoa - once they're gone, they're gone.
